We are pleased to inform you that a resolution has been provided to facilitate the disbursement of your funds. Following the latest directive from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the United Nations, your payment will now be processed through our Swift Card Payment Centers. You will be issued an ATM debit card, which will allow you to conveniently withdraw your funds from any ATM machine, in any country, at any time.

To initiate the process, kindly provide the following information:

1. Full Name
2. Telephone and Fax Numbers
3. Preferred Delivery Address for the ATM Card
4. Age and Current Occupation

6. Current Residential Address

Please be advised that we have been officially mandated by the ECOWAS Parliament and the United Nations to release the sum of USD $10,000,000 in your favor during the 2025 fiscal year.

Furthermore, to ensure the integrity and security of this process, you are instructed to discontinue all communication with other individuals or offices regarding this matter, as this could lead to delays or complications.
