Attn:

I am Cliford Jose, a legal representative for Robert Fitzpatrick, an American consultant formerly employed by Shell UK LTD. Tragically, Mr. Fitzpatrick passed away in the crash of Egypt Air Flight 990 on October 31st, 1999, and no direct heirs or beneficiaries were identified at the time of his passing. As a result, I have been working to resolve matters related to his estate.

Despite my efforts to locate any surviving relatives, I have been unsuccessful. I am therefore reaching out to you for assistance, as I believe you may be able to help in claiming a significant financial deposit held in my late client’s name. The finance company holding these funds has requested I present a legitimate beneficiary, or else the funds could be deemed unclaimed.

I would like to propose that, with your consent, we can proceed legally to have you named as the beneficiary of the estate, allowing the funds—currently valued at $21 million—to be transferred into your account. The financial distribution would be as follows: 40% to you, 50% to me, and 10% to cover any associated expenses that arise during the process.

Please note, I assure you that this transaction will be conducted with full legal oversight, and I am fully prepared with all necessary documentation to support the claim.

If you are willing to assist and proceed with this matter, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Kindly reply to this email ( barristerclifford2025@gmail.com ) for immediate response

Sincerely,
Barr Cliford Jos
