Good day,
Please kindly accept my apologies if this proposal does not suit your business ethics.
I run a private consultancy, and have access to funds belonging to a high-net-worth deceased client, who due to instability in his country wants to invest overseas, and was in search of a confidential partnership to facilitate relocation of his funds for investment projects before his sudden death, as a result of a heart attack.
The aforementioned investment fund ($12.6M) is currently deposited in a Non-profit bearing Safe-Keeping Account in the Bank, without a beneficiary name (Anonymously) to avoid any trace.
This Fund belongs to a well known politician, a former Minister of Oil & Gas and OPEC Representative, who I wouldn't want his name to be disclosed at any time for security reasons.
I am disposed to present you as the beneficiary and administrator of the account before the Bank. It may also interest you to know that the transaction will be executed within the parameters of the law; nothing will be done outside of it.
To proceed, please provide me with:
(1) a scan Copy of your ID's like (your International Passport / Driver's License),
(2) Your full names,
(3) Your contact address, and
(4) your direct telephone/whatsapp numbers.
Treat with utmost confidentiality.
Your prompt response on this matter would be very welcome.
