subject: Strategic Partnership Opportunity – Seller Mandate License Reassignment
mailed-by: gmail.com
Hi
Thank you for your feedback. This opportunity is structured to generate significant income with minimal operational burden on your part. However, it is essential that you carefully review and understand the full scope of this offer before deciding to proceed.
To introduce myself briefly, I currently serve as an Assistant Manager on an offshore platform with a reputable oil and gas company. Given my position, I am privy to certain internal licensing structures and processes that are not readily accessible to the general public.
Due to a temporary suspension of new Seller Mandate certificate issuance—prompted by a surge in applications during the 2018–2020 pre-pandemic period and sustained demand following the onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict—our company has halted fresh allocations for this operational season. Nonetheless, as an internal staff member, I have developed a legal and strategic pathway through which a qualified and trusted partner can acquire an existing license through reassignment.
Currently, there exists a dormant Seller Mandate License issued to AFCON Oil and Gas Ltd. The original license holder is deceased, and the company is no longer operational. After engaging in extensive discussions with the attorney overseeing the affairs of the late license beneficiary, we reached an understanding that this license can be reassigned to a credible individual or entity willing to assume ownership.
This particular license has a monthly crude oil allocation capacity of 1,000,000 barrels and is entitled to a host commission of $3 per barrel sold. This translates to a potential monthly commission income of $3,000,000, which will be disbursed directly to your designated bank account following the successful execution of any transaction utilizing your license.
There is strong and sustained demand from numerous oil marketing companies eager to lift crude oil from our platform, but who lack the requisite licensing. Once the license is reassigned to your name or your company, I will facilitate transactions with these companies, allowing them to use your license under formal agreements. You need not possess prior experience in crude oil marketing; I will provide the required industry coordination to ensure continuous utilization of the license.
Our profit-sharing structure will be 50/50, with equal distribution of all net commissions earned per transaction. As your partner, I will be responsible for sourcing buyers and facilitating deal flow, while you serve as the official license holder.
If you are interested in proceeding with this mutually beneficial arrangement, I will initiate contact with the attorney handling the license reassignment to begin the legal process. Your role will be clearly defined and protected via a Memorandum of Understanding and Confidentiality Agreement prior to any formal transfer.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or for further clarification. I look forward to your affirmative response and hope we can begin this venture promptly.
Best regards,
Engr. Fred
Petroleum Engineer
