Attn: Our esteemed beneficiary

The African Union (AU) is an organization of 55 African Countries and was established in 9th July 2002 with the following aims and objectives of promoting Unity and solidarity, Economic Development, and International Cooperation among the African States and also to offer quick interventions in solving any emerging Humanitarian and Security challenges effecting the African region.

Following my recent election as the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, I held an extra ordinary meeting with all the Finance Ministers and Governors of the Central Banks in Africa to work out a modality of making sure that all debts owed to Category (A) foreign contractors and suppliers, unclaimed Foreign Inherirances and Compensation to Fraud/ Scam Victims whose funds were trapped in the various Reserve Banks/ Central Banks of the African region, are paid in this 4th Quarter 2025 World Bank Africa Service Debt payment program as precondition of removing the stringent high trade Tariff percentages imposed on the continent by the U.S President.

It is significant to mention here that the World Bank Group/The IMF and World Trade Organization (WTO) is aware of the situation and the battered image, unholy names, international prejudices and bias mind, prospective investors and foreign contractors have for the Africa region as a result of the activities of these unscrupulous elements which is detriment to the region’s economy.

After a wide consultation with the African Union Heads of States and all the financial regulatory Agencies of the African region, A Presidential Payment/Compensation Committee was inaugurated by the Chairperson of African Union Heads of States and has been mandated to carry out the release of the allocated funds to all the selected beneficiaries. The sum of USD$5,000,000.00 (Five Million United States Dollars) was approved to be paid to each beneficiary in this 4th quarter 2025 Debt payment schedule.

For this purpose, your name and email address along with 100 other beneficiaries were selected in the first batch of beneficiaries that will receive their compensation /long overdue fund in this 4th Quarter 2025 Debt Payment Schedule.

You are hereby advised to get back to me through direct email address below as soon as you receive this mail and reconfirm your present contact details and ID CARD so that your payment release/access code will be given to you which you will take to your bank for immediate crediting of the allocated fund to your account.

Note that this notice supersedes whatever information you might have received in the past regarding the release of your long overdue fund and you are hereby warned to stop any form of communication with any other office, Banks, ministries and Agencies not mandated by the African Union Heads of States.

On behalf of the chairperson of the African Union Heads of States and Presidential payment/ Compensation Committee , I wish to congratulate you for heeding to this instruction as your compensation/ long overdue fund will be released to you within 48 hours.

Yours in Service.
