Sir ?Oliver Robbins is my name. I am in a position to facilitate the immediate transfer of Two Hundred and Twenty-Seven Million British Pounds Sterling to any of your nominated bank accounts anywhere in the world. This is an over-invoiced payment from a past contract executed in one of my office departments. To complete this transaction, I would like to present you as a foreign contractor providing a bank account to receive the payment, but this doesn't mean I am going to be requesting your banking details. Documents for the claim of the over-invoiced contract payment will be processed and documented lawfully by you, the consignee, as will be seen in this picture of this transaction. Your full cooperation for our mutual benefit will be needed for further details. If you'd like to work with me to secure the fund's release, I look forward to your prompt response
