Sequel to the deadline almost reached, please note that your claim has finally been scheduled to be cancelled on the 14th of November since you still have not been able to claim up until now. It is important to note that the only thing holding your funds release is just a pending local clearance cost of R850 if you will.
I have directed my attorney to liaise with the bank to ensure that whatever that you have paid in the process thus far, gets refunded back to you without delay. So ensure that you state the exact sum backed with the proof of payment(s) that you may have made.
Attached herewith is the claim cancellation form for you to complete and return to me as soon as possible so that the attorney can expedite action to that effect.
