Good day,

I trust this message finds you well.

My name is Barrister Bambang Saputara, a legal practitioner with longstanding experience in estate administration. I am reaching out to you in my capacity as the personal attorney to a late client who, quite remarkably, shared your surname.

This correspondence concerns a substantial financial inheritance left unclaimed following my client’s passing. The deceased maintained an account with a highly reputable financial institution, which currently holds a balance of USD 10,300,000.00 (Ten Million Three Hundred Thousand United States Dollars). Regrettably, he departed without any registered next of kin, and the account has since been placed under an open beneficiary mandate.

In accordance with a resolution passed by the bank’s board, I have been authorized to nominate a next of kin to claim the funds. Failing this, the estate will be forfeited as unclaimed property. Given the shared surname and the absence of any contesting heirs, this presents a legally sound and ethically viable opportunity to designate you as the rightful beneficiary.

Should this proposal be of interest to you, I kindly invite your response at your earliest convenience. Upon confirmation, I will provide comprehensive details regarding the legal framework and procedural steps required to proceed.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of working together on this matter.

Warm regards,
Barrister Bambang Saputara
