Good day,
We write to formally notify you that the sum of USD 17,200,000.00 (Seventeen Million Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars), which has been held in our custody on your behalf, remains unclaimed and unattended despite previous communications made to you.
On your behalf, the United Nations entrusted these monies to our organization for experienced and professional stewardship. We spoke with the United Nations, and they advised us that you should get in touch with us for instructions on how to transfer the money to you. But as far as the distribution, transfer, and ongoing administration of the aforementioned money are concerned, we have not heard from you again.
Please be advised that in accordance with our institutional policy and applicable regulations governing custodial holdings, you are required to provide written instructions concerning the disposition of these funds within 7 days from the date of this notice.
Failure to respond within the stipulated period may compel us to take appropriate administrative action, including but not limited to:
Classifying the funds as dormant,
Transferring the funds in accordance with regulatory requirements, or
Applying administrative charges where applicable.
We strongly urge you to treat this notice as urgent and contact our office immediately to regularize this matter.
