I'm constantly out of the United States and my previous Personal Assistant got married and relocated to Europe.
Responsibilities includes:
• Performing official assignments to detail/ instructions.
• Running personal errands (receiving and making payments).
• Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence.
• Work independently without much supervision (inspecting items paid for at the Post office at your location, Purchase and deliveries of Gift Items, Groceries, Stamps and Stationery.
I will pay for the first week in advance to run any of my errands and will also have my mails/packages forwarded to a nearby post office where you can pick them up at your convenient time.
All errands will be in your city/town so it is not compulsory you have a car, but if you do then it might be a plus. When you get the mails/packages, you will be required to mail them to where I want them mailed to.
The content of the packages will be business and personal mails. All expenses and taxes will be covered by me and you are to work for just 5 days per week (5 hours daily), You will be doing these duties for 5 weeks until I get back to town so we could formally meet and discuss about the possibilities of making these arrangements a long term if I'm satisfied with your performance.
A.....Salary: Flat Rate of $800.00 (Eight Hundred Dollar)per week.
B....Please be informed you will receive and process payment through cashiers/bank authorized checks or direct deposit to your bank account.
