My name is ISABEL MARTINEZ, I'm a US citizen and work at the Federal Reserve Bank. My assignment in the US was based on the outcome of a meeting with the World Bank and the American trade union late last year regarding victims of fraud in the Western world, who were predominantly defrauded by Africans.
Both parties agreed to pay $10 million in compensation each to 25 fraud victims.
You are one of these selected fraud victims. Please do not forward this message, as we are currently unable to compensate more than 25 fraud victims. Payments will be made through the Federal Reserve Account Unit.
I was tasked with ensuring that all selected fraud victims received this compensation without any problems. I was given only one month to complete this task before we moved on to other fraud victims.
However, due to the inefficient and corrupt banking system, we have decided to allow you to pay in cash.
However, if you would like a bank transfer, please let me know as we will monitor the transfer.
