Invoicing
Finance & Expense Reimbursement
Greetings,

We are preparing your monthly expense reimbursement invoice. Your review and approval are required on the attached breakdown.

Per our agreement, reimbursable expenses incurred on your behalf must be approved by you before we process the invoice. If a client’s total reimbursable expenses exceed the standard threshold, we require a signed approval on the expense allocation summary.

The approved amounts will appear on your next invoice statement. These figures are for your internal records only and do not affect any other financial obligations outside this agreement.

We have attached a draft invoice summary with all expenses logged for this period. Please review each line item and sign the approval section within 7 days.

Should you have any queries, please log a ticket with our Finance team. We will be happy to assist.

Thank you for your prompt approval.
