Attention Please:
This is to inform you that the European Banking Authority (EBA) will start the regulatory check next week. The checks are a standard procedure for banks and financial institutions under the EBA's oversight, and once this fund is detected as unclear and dormant with the Visa Europe central account all these while, they will be fined or penalized. My concern for you with this fund is the reason I'm telling you.. these days EBA relies on fines and penalties to enforce regulatory compliance because The Visa Central Account is not supposed to hold this fund in its account for more than two weeks because they are not a bank and it is not authorized to hold funds for the stipulated time
Once the Fine Visa Inc., it is directly on you making it more difficult to have your fund, We gave you all the support, which I'm not supposed to do, but still, you refused to get a court order all this while so that Visa can convert the funds to digital for your card. If they get the court order before you, that is a confirmation that they are in control, and anything they tell you is what you will pay, I'm sorry, this is very painful to me, I don't know why people are so ignorant of reality
Wishing you all the best.
